Cancellation Policy

Booking fees are non-transferable & non-refundable. Cancellations will result in booking fee forfeiture. Rescheduled appointments will be subject to a new deposit. Deposit goes towards total service price. It is client's responsibility to call and make sure their booking time slot is available before booking short notice appointments. Clients have a 15 minutes Grace period , before their appointment is canceled, and forfeiture of their deposit .
